Alessandro Mauri 930ccc4d42 revised schematic

- changed mcu to ch32x035
- removed fusbxx pd controller, since it's integrated into the mcu
- reverted the ina226 to the tpa191
- removed temperature sensor in favor of an ntc
- routed tip contacts correctly
